Use Weleda's Arnica Ointment for bruises, sprains, sore and aching muscles.
Indications: For minor sprains, minor bruises, muscle pain, soreness of back, black & blue marks and contusions..
Directions: Massage well into affected area 3-4 times daily.
Warnings: For external use only. Stop use and ask a doctor if: condition worsens or persists more than 7 days; accidental ingestion occurs. Avoid contact with eyes and broken skin. Keep this and all medicine out of the reach of children.
